Careers teachers, heads of sixth form, senior management and administrators in secondary schools in over 90% of the UK will be back in school from 14 August (if not earlier) when schools are notified of the exam results. Students get their A level results on 15 August and GCSE results on 22 August.
As a result mid-August can be a very good time to get in touch with these teachers. The number of emails they get is smaller than usual, and most teachers and managers have the time to consider emails relevant to their task of helping students decide what to do next.
Below are some of the lists that can be of use in connection with mailings in late August and early September. The totals include England, Wales and N Ireland only, as Scottish schools take different exams and work from a different timetable.
- Schools with sixth forms (school generic email addresses) – 2940
- Secondary schools (school generic email addresses) – 4260
- Headteachers (personal email addresses) – 2782
- Heads of sixth forms (personal email addresses) – 1950
- Deputy heads (personal email addresses) – 4200
- Heads of Careers (personal email addresses) – 2320
If you wish to use any other list, please do call 01604 880 927 and we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
Here are the prices that apply to using any of the lists above, either staying with the same list throughout the campaign or using different lists at different times.
The price includes the use of the list, despatching the emails, and analysing the tracking results – which are then sent to you with comparisons from other emails being undertaken.
